3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with cuu888. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This restriction includes accounts created for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account with cuu888, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid email address, active phone number, date of birth, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account.

4.3 Unauthorized Access

We will investigate all reports of unauthorized access, but we are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you failed to maintain proper security measures.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

cuu888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete KYC verification, evidence of problem gambling behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to cuu888, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity or Terms violations, in which case all balances may be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

cuu888 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (Bank Central Asia/BCA, Bank Rakyat Indonesia/BRI, Bank Negara Indonesia/BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits via Indonesian banks are processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). E-wallet deposits are processed 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. cuu888 does not charge any deposit fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your cuu888 account are from legitimate sources, are not proceeds of illegal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claims.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. cuu888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks which may delay processing up to 72 hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per month. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits. Withdrawal requests exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple installments at our discretion. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering

cuu888 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You must wager any deposited funds at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees up to 5% of the deposit amount. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and cashback programs offered by cuu888 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and other restrictions. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cuu888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to be abusive. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all accounts closed and balances forfeited.

6.4 Promotional Modifications

7.4 Disconnections
